Working with Emily
Most coaching focuses on strategy or mindset — Love Letter Creative holds both at once. The work begins from the belief that you are already whole, already worthy, already enough. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you return to yourself and build something that actually reflects who you are.
That means strategy is always grounded in soul. Every action plan, every next step, every brainstorm is filtered through what’s true for you — not what’s trending or what worked for someone else.
No. Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis support. I am a coach and intuitive strategist — not a licensed therapist or mental health professional.
That said, this work can feel deeply meaningful and sometimes touches tender places. If you’re working with a therapist alongside coaching, that’s wonderful — they complement each other beautifully. If you’re in crisis or experiencing mental health challenges, please reach out to a qualified professional first.

Absolutely. While some clients come with business goals, many are navigating life transitions, creative blocks, a sense that something needs to shift, or a dream that doesn’t fit neatly into a category. If it matters to you, it matters here.
Every session is different because every person and every moment is different. Sessions typically include a mix of deep listening, open-ended exploration, strategic planning, intuitive guidance, and honest conversation. Some sessions are expansive and visionary. Others are practical and grounded. Most are both.
You’ll always leave with something — clarity, a next step, a re-frame, a sense of direction — even when the session felt more like processing than planning.
The love letter Journey
The Love Letter Journey is a 3-month coaching partnership — nine 90-minute sessions, Voxer support between sessions, and personalized action planning that evolves with you. It’s designed for people who are ready to bring a dream, vision, or idea to life and want dedicated support throughout the whole unfolding — including the messy, uncertain parts.
The Love Letter Journey is for you if:
- You have a dream, business idea, or creative vision you’re ready to actually move toward
- You want both strategic support and genuine belief — someone who holds your vision even when you can’t
- You’re ready to invest in yourself and show up consistently over three months
- You want a thinking partner, not just a task manager
It’s probably not the right fit if you’re looking for a done-for-you service, a quick fix, or a strictly tactical program with no room for the deeper work.
Between sessions, you’ll have access to Voxer for voice notes and messaging. This is where the real-time integration happens — when you’re stuck, celebrating a win, navigating something unexpected, or just need a thought partner before your next session.
I respond within 24 hours Monday–Friday. Voxer support is intended for check-ins, quick questions, and integration — not extended coaching conversations, which are reserved for your sessions.
Yes. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your private client portal, where you can download and keep them. Recordings are stored for six months following the end of your program.
Life happens — that’s always understood here. You’re welcome to reschedule any session with at least 48 hours’ notice via your client portal. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be handled with care on a case-by-case basis.
Sessions not used within the 90-day program period can be rescheduled within six months of your program end date. After that, unused sessions are forfeited.
Due to the deeply personal, relational, and time-invested nature of this work, the Love Letter Journey investment is non-refundable once the program has begun. If something unexpected arises, I will work with you in good faith to explore options, including a program pause of up to 30 days.
The Love Letter Journey is $6,000, with a payment plan option of $2,000/month for three months. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Start by filling out the LLJ Interest Form. From there, you’ll be invited to an Unfolding Call — a 30-minute conversation to explore whether the journey is the right fit and what working together could look like.
Possibility Sessions & Breakthrough Sessions
A Possibility Session is a single 90-minute experience — perfect when you need focused clarity and momentum on something specific.
A Breakthrough Session is a half-day intensive with a week of Voxer support, designed for when you’re ready to go deeper and move faster on something that’s been keeping you stuck.
Yes — and many people do. A Possibility Session is a beautiful way to experience the work and get real value before deciding if a longer commitment feels right.
Full payment is collected at the time of booking. You’re welcome to reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session receive a credit toward a future booking, valid for 90 days. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the session.
love letter Readings
A Love Letter Reading is an intuitive reading using oracle or tarot cards. You’ll receive an audio recording and a photo of your cards, delivered to your inbox within one to two weeks of your purchase.
You ask one question that we focus on to gain insight and guidance on. The best type of question is one that isn’t simply answered with a yes or no and leaves space for what wants to come through. As with all readings, we can ask, but the answers that come through will be what’s meant to, not what might be expected.
Letters of Guidance is a package of four readings, redeemable within six months of purchase. It’s designed for ongoing intuitive support across different seasons and moments in life.
You’ll receive access to your private portal where you can submit a reading request at any moment within the six months and where your readings will be uploaded and held for six months from the expiry date.
No. Love Letter Readings are offered for personal reflection, inspiration, and intuitive exploration — not as predictions of future events. They’re an invitation to look inward, not a roadmap of what’s to come. You always have agency over your own path. The possibilities are always limitless.

The love letter Collective
The Love Letter Collective is a paid monthly membership community hosted on Mighty Networks. It’s a space for dreamers, creators, and visionaries who want ongoing connection, inspiration, and support between bigger investments. Think of it as the heartbeat of the Love Letter Creative community.
Membership includes access to the full Collective community on Mighty Networks, exclusive content, and connection with others on a similar path. More details on current membership benefits and pricing can be found on the Collective page.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Founding member pricing ($44/month) is locked for life as long as your membership remains active — if you cancel and rejoin, standard pricing applies.
logistics & Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For the Love Letter Journey, you can pay in full or select a three-month payment plan. Sessions and readings are paid in full at the time of booking or purchase. Love Letter Collective memberships are paid by either a monthly or yearly subscription.
Sessions are held via video call. You’ll receive a link in your confirmation and reminder emails. Between-session support for Love Letter Journey clients happens via Voxer.
I am based in California, and Love Letter Creative works with clients across the US and beyond. All sessions are held virtually, so location is never a barrier.
