Welcome to www.lovelettercreative.com. This website is owned and operated by Emily Veeh, doing business as Love Letter Creative (“LLC,” “we,” “our”), based in California.

By accessing or using this website, purchasing services, joining our email list, or participating in any LLC offerings, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, readers, and community members.

1. About Our Services

Love Letter Creative offers coaching, intuitive guidance, and creative support services, including:
  • The Love Letter Journey — a 3-month coaching partnership
  • Possibility Sessions and Breakthrough Sessions — single and half-day coaching sessions
  • Love Letter Readings and Letters of Guidance — intuitive oracle and tarot readings
  • The Love Letter Collective — a paid membership community hosted on Mighty Networks
  • Soul Notes — a free weekly email newsletter

All coaching and intuitive services are provided for personal growth, reflection, and creative support. They are not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial guidance. Emily Veeh is not a licensed therapist, medical provider, attorney, or financial advisor.

2. Intuitive Readings Disclaimer

Love Letter Readings and Letters of Guidance are offered for the purposes of personal reflection, inspiration, and intuitive exploration. They are not predictive, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed or implied.

By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that results are interpretive in nature and that you take full responsibility for any decisions made as a result of your reading. All sales are final.

3. Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase or booking unless a payment plan has been expressly offered and agreed upon.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. For payment plans, you authorize recurring charges on the agreed schedule.

Refund policy. Due to the personal, relational, and time-invested nature of coaching and intuitive work, all sales are final once a program or session has begun. For readings, all sales are final at the time of purchase. Please review all offering descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If extenuating circumstances arise, Emily will work in good faith to explore options on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Sharing

All content on this website — including but not limited to blog posts, Soul Notes, frameworks, copy, graphics, brand assets, and course or program materials — is the intellectual property of Emily Veeh and Love Letter Creative.

Sharing with credit. You are welcome to share or quote content from our blog or Soul Notes for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you credit Emily Veeh/Love Letter Creative and link back to the original source. Please do not reproduce articles or newsletters in full without written permission.

Commercial use. No content from this site may be used for commercial purposes, resold, redistributed, or incorporated into other products or services without prior written consent from Emily Veeh.

Program materials. Any materials, frameworks, tools, or resources shared within paid programs or sessions are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or taught without written permission.

5. The Love Letter Wall — Submitted Letters

The Love Letter Wall invites visitors to submit their own letters and reflections. Before submitting, each person selects their sharing preference — whether to post publicly, keep private, or grant additional permission for podcast or social media features. Submissions are only ever shared according to the preference selected at the time of submission.

By submitting a letter, you confirm that the content is your own original work and consent to the sharing preferences you have selected. You retain ownership of your letter at all times.

Where you have selected a public sharing option, your letter may be lightly edited for length or format. It will never be changed in meaning or spirit. Names or identifying details of others may be removed to protect third-party privacy.

To request removal of your letter at any time, email hello@lovelettercreative.com. We will honor that request promptly.

Love Letter Creative reserves the right to decline to post any submission that is harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with the spirit of this community.

6. The Love Letter Collective

The Love Letter Collective is a paid membership community hosted on Mighty Networks. Participation in the community is subject to both these Terms of Use and Mighty Networks’ own terms and community guidelines.

Members agree to engage with respect, care, and integrity. Love Letter Creative reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior is harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the values of this community, without refund.

7. Email Communications

By joining Soul Notes or opting into our email list, you consent to receive our weekly newsletter and occasional updates about offerings and events. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We do not send spam and we do not sell your email address. Ever.

8. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or platforms (such as Mighty Networks, Stripe, or Kit). These links are provided for convenience only. Love Letter Creative is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Letter Creative and Emily Veeh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in any offering.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that coaching, intuitive guidance, and creative support involve personal decisions and that outcomes depend on your own choices, effort, and circumstances. Results are not guaranteed.

10. Personal Responsibility

By engaging with Love Letter Creative in any capacity, you take full responsibility for your own decisions, well-being, and actions. You acknowledge that the services offered here are not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical care, legal advice, or financial counsel.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to mediation before any legal action is pursued. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the State of California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If changes are significant, we’ll do our best to notify you via email or a notice on our site.
