I move with both intention and intuition.
Here, the mystical and the magical dance alongside the practical and the strategic — because I believe you need both to build a life in alignment with your highest self.

Love Letter Creative was born to be a place where the strategic and the intuitive are equally honored, where confusion and courage can coexist, and where you’re supported in building a life that reflects the fullness of who you are and who you desire to become.

My Story
I spent many years viewing my story as a tragedy…
Until 2023 – when I decided that I no longer wanted to live my life believing I was the cursed woman, whose dreams never manifested and pain was my constant companion. I decided to dedicate myself to healing my past, my thoughts, and my core beliefs.
One of the most impactful experiences, that changed the trajectory of the life I had planned, was the diagnosis that I had a muscle disease that I received as a sophomore in high school. It was so rare that scientists knew something was wrong but couldn’t actually determine the true cause. It impacted the functionality of all the muscles in my body, including my heart.
I was told I was lucky I hadn’t died playing soccer and needed to modify my life immediately and permanently. No more soccer, no more intense activity of any kind.
I was heartbroken, and that grief turned into anger –
At my body for betraying me, at the death of my dream of playing on the Women’s National Soccer team in the Olympics. That anger fueled years of self-sabotage and negativity, creating exactly what I feared: more pain, more evidence that I was meant to struggle. A self-fulfilling thought process I became addicted to.
And then in 2023, I chose to devote myself to loving myself. I wanted to fall in love with my life, and when I made that decision, magic started happening. I delved into what spirituality meant to me, what spoke to my soul, and how to take accountability for my life.
Part of this included exploring hypnotherapy, and in my first session in October 2023, thinking I would talk to my ancestors or explore past lives, we discovered I had eight energies that had clung to me when I was born. They’d been with me my entire life, impacting me in ways I’d never understood. We learned each of their names, how they died, how they were specifically impacting me, and then we guided them into the next phase of their journey.
I had a completely new outlook on my life after this unexpected discovery and surreal experience.
A week later, I was out for a walk with my dogs, walking up a hill I’d always struggled with, and I realized I’d gotten to the top without any issues. No difficulty breathing. No shaking muscles. No racing heart. With this realization, I immediately broke down sobbing on the path. I had just done something I’d never been able to do.
I became a walking miracle.

Overnight, my life changed. The lens I’d viewed my life through was shattered and I had the privilege and opportunity to build a new one.
Since that day, I’ve taken boxing classes, gone on hikes, joined a Queer Womens+ Flag Football team, and am still always open to new adventures and experiences.
There have been moments of heartbreak, loss, disappointment, shame, and lack of belief along the way, despite the irrefutable proof I have that anything is possible. And yet, my dedication to loving myself through those moments has stayed strong. It wasn’t always easy, and I still have moments of old patterns trying to sneak it, but I am incredibly proud of how far I’ve come.
Building love letter Creative has been a part of the love story I ‘m writing for myself.
It’s a part of my legacy and the impact I wish to make in the world with the time I am gifted.
After what I’ve experienced and grown through at this point in my journey, I am even more confident that this is the work I was meant to do.
To guide those ready to follow the call of their soul, to walk the path their heart drums a beat to, and to make their life a love letter to themselves.
