Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026 | Last Updated: April 2026

Love Letter Creative (“LLC,” “we,” “our”) is owned and operated by Emily Veeh, based in California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit www.lovelettercreative.com, purchase services or readings, join our email list, or participate in The Love Letter Collective community.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you have questions, you’re always welcome to reach out at hello@lovelettercreative.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly. When you book a session, purchase a reading, sign up for Soul Notes, submit an interest form, or contact us, you may share your name, email address, pronouns, name pronunciation, and any other details you choose to include.
Payment information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Love Letter Creative does not store your credit card or banking details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Email and communication data. When you join Soul Notes or our email list, your information is stored in Kit (ConvertKit). We track standard email engagement metrics such as opens and clicks to improve our content.
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our site may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used only for site performance and security purposes.
Community participation. If you join The Love Letter Collective on Mighty Networks, that platform’s own privacy policy applies to information you share there.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
  • Deliver the services, sessions, readings, or programs you’ve purchased
  • Send Soul Notes, announcements, and other emails you’ve opted into
  • Process payments and manage your client relationship
  • Respond to your questions and provide support
  • Improve our website, offerings, and communications
  • Meet our legal obligations as a California-based business

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

3. Email Communications

When you join Soul Notes or opt into our email list, you’ll receive our weekly newsletter and occasional updates about offerings and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

We use Kit (ConvertKit) to manage our email list. Your name and email address are stored on their platform in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Payments & Third-Party Processors

All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. When you complete a purchase on our site, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Automated workflows connecting Stripe with our client management system (Moxie) are handled through Make (formerly Integromat). These automations create client records when a purchase is completed and do not share your data with any additional parties.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party tools we use to operate our business, including:
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing
  • Moxie — client relationship management
  • Make (Integromat) — workflow automation
  • Mighty Networks — The Love Letter Collective community platform

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy practices and we encourage you to review their policies if you’d like more detail.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our clients or business.

6. Business Transfers

If Love Letter Creative is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or transition of ownership, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In the event of such a transfer, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website prior to your information being transferred or becoming subject to a different privacy policy. You will have the opportunity to opt out of the transfer at that time.

Any successor or acquiring party will be required to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies & Transfers

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support basic site functionality and improve your experience. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser at any time.

We do not use advertising cookies or allow third-party advertisers to track you through our site.

8. Your Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to:
  • Know what personal information we collect and how it’s used
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

To make a request or ask questions about your data, please contact us at hello@lovelettercreative.com. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet our legal obligations. If you’d like your information removed from our records, please contact us directly and we will honor that request where legally permissible.

All reading and session recordings for any offerings, including Love Letter Journey packages, are stored in the client portal for six months following the end of the program, then able to be deleted at Love Letter Creative’s discretion.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

11. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure, encrypted payment processing and reputable third-party platforms. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we are committed to protecting your data with care.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
